We can only accepr returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging intact. Items may be returned for credit or exchange only. We will exchange an item as soon as it is received and processed at our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transi. We recommend that you send your parcel by recistered post and retain proof of posting. Please mark your package clearly as 'returned goods' to avoid delays at customs. We will refund postage upon request, with a valid proof of posting.
